Packaging sits between your product and everyone who touches it.
We think that deserves more attention than it usually gets — especially when what's inside is something people eat or take for their health.
Naspack was built around a simple observation: packaging decisions in food and pharma are made by too many people, too late, and too separately.
A material gets chosen by procurement. A structure gets locked in by engineering. A label gets approved by regulatory, often after the format is already tooled. Each decision is reasonable on its own — but by the time they meet, the packaging is set, and the cost of fixing a mismatch is much higher than the cost of catching it early.
We work as the connective layer across those decisions. Our job is to sit with a product early enough that material, structure, and compliance are considered together — and to stay involved through testing and launch, so nothing that looked fine on paper fails in the field.
Every recommendation has to survive contact with your product, your line, and your regulator.
-
1
Start with the product, not the catalogue. We look at what your product actually needs to survive — moisture, light, oxygen, handling — before we look at what's available to buy.
-
2
Compliance is a design input, not a final check. Regulatory constraints get built into material and structure choices from the start, not bolted on after tooling.
-
3
Prove it before you commit to it. We coordinate testing and validation so a packaging decision is evidence-based before it goes to production.

4
Sustainability is a constraint, not an afterthought. Recyclability and material reduction are weighed alongside cost and performance, not treated as a separate initiative.
